Terms of sale.

These terms describe how buying from Stolen Pokémon works. The final, legally binding version will be published with our company details before live checkout opens.

Listings: Each listing is a single graded card, guaranteed authentic and sealed in its grading holder. The card you buy is the exact card that ships to you.
Prices: All prices are set and charged in USD. Any amount shown in another currency or cryptocurrency is an estimate at the time of the quote. Prices exclude import duties, VAT and local taxes unless stated otherwise on your order.
Payment: Crypto is our primary payment route. Fiat payments are arranged through support. An order is confirmed only when payment has been verified by our payment provider or bank, not when a button is pressed or a transaction is broadcast.
Crypto quotes: A crypto quote is valid for a limited time stated on the payment page. Late, underpaid or overpaid transactions are handled as described on the Crypto Payments page and in your order confirmation.
Delivery and risk: Orders ship the same day, 1 to 2 hours after payment, tracked and signed for. Risk passes to you on signed delivery.
International orders: You are responsible for checking that a card may be imported into your country, and for duties and taxes charged on arrival. We may decline an order to a destination we cannot serve safely or lawfully.
Returns: Returns and refunds follow the Returns & Refunds policy published at the time of your order.
Seller details: The seller's legal name, registered address and registration number will be shown here and on the Legal Notice page once confirmed.
