We collect as little as possible, and only what is needed to answer your questions and deliver your card. This policy will be completed with our legal entity details once confirmed.

What we collect today

This website currently stores your cart and cookie choice in your own browser. Nothing in the cart is sent to us. The checkout preview and newsletter form do not send or store your details.

When you email support, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address and the card you are asking about.

What we will collect for orders

When live orders open, we will need your name, email, delivery address and phone number for the carrier, plus the payment reference from the payment provider. We will not collect more than is necessary to complete and deliver your order.

Crypto payments

Blockchain transactions are public by nature. A payment provider processes crypto payments on our behalf. We never ask for, and will never store, private keys, seed phrases or wallet passwords.

Why we use it

To answer enquiries, process and deliver orders, meet legal and accounting duties, and prevent fraud. If you opt in to the newsletter once it is live, we will also send you collector updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

We share data only with the services needed to run the business, such as carriers, the payment provider and email services, and only what each needs. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Email hello@stolenpokemon.com and we will reply within a reasonable time.
