FAQ

Good questions. Clear answers.

Everything you need to know about buying your next card from Stolen Pokémon.

Who is Stolen Pokémon for?

Everyone who loves Pokémon. First graded card or the last piece of a lifelong collection, you are welcome here. We are built especially for collectors who want to pay with crypto.

When did you start?

Stolen Pokémon began in 2016, buying and selling on a small scale, and has grown into a global business with 15 offices in 15 countries. Read the full story on our About page.

Are the cards authentic?

Yes. Every card is guaranteed authentic, in flawless graded condition and sealed in a PSA, Beckett or CGC holder with the certification number on the label.

Is the listed card the one I get?

Yes. Every listing is one of one. The exact graded card you buy is the one that ships to you.

How fast do you ship?

The same day, within 1 to 2 hours after confirmed payment, from our office in the country nearest yours. This is dispatch time, not arrival time. Choose your nearest available pickup point or doorstep delivery at checkout.

How do I pay?

Prices are in USD. Choose your cryptocurrency and network at checkout, then receive the exact amount and payment address directly on our site. You never need to leave Stolen Pokémon to complete your payment. Network fees are paid by the buyer. Prefer fiat? Contact support and we arrange it for you.

Which cryptocurrencies can I use?

Choose from 150+ cryptocurrency and network options. BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC and SOL are popular examples, not the full list. Search the currently enabled options at checkout. Availability can change. Always send the displayed coin on the exact selected network, including a memo or destination tag when shown.

Can I use a pseudonym and how do I collect my parcel?

A full name or pseudonym is welcome. Your order receives a unique 13-character alphanumeric parcel reference, also included in your email receipt. Show it to the pickup point or delivery provider. Carrier ID requirements still apply. Email, address, country and postal code are required; your phone number is optional but helps delivery. For a locked apartment entrance, we personally call when the courier arrives if you supplied a number.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship globally from our 15 offices in 15 countries: Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, Australia, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Switzerland, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, Nigeria and South Africa. Our headquarters and main vault are in Tokyo, Japan. Import duties are set by your country.

Can I visit your vault in Japan?

Collectors are welcome to visit our main vault in Japan and choose cards in person. Because the vault has been the target of more than 30 attempted break-ins since it opened, visits are arranged by appointment only. Before a visit is confirmed, we ask for a minimum of 30 days of conversation with our Japan manager, including two phone calls and one video call over Zoom. This lets us welcome serious collectors safely.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of ethnicity, gender or age. Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. To start the conversation, write to hello@stolenpokemon.com.

Which languages do you speak?

The site is available in English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, German, French, Swedish and Arabic. Pick yours in the menu or footer.
