Same day dispatch

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your order is packed and handed to the courier within 1 to 2 hours, from our office in the country nearest your country. This is dispatch time, not the time it takes to arrive at your address.

Pickup point or your door

At checkout, choose the nearest available pickup point to your address or delivery directly to your door with a knock. We send pickup details with your parcel reference. For a locked apartment entrance, our team personally calls when the courier is outside, provided you supplied a phone number.

Your unique parcel reference

Every order has a unique 13-character code containing letters and numbers. It identifies your parcel and is included in your email receipt. You can show the code to your pickup point, courier or postal worker. A full name or pseudonym is welcome at checkout, but carrier identification requirements still apply. Your reference does not replace carrier tracking.

Worldwide delivery

We ship globally from our offices in Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, Australia, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Switzerland, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, Nigeria, South Africa. Wherever you collect from, your card is on its way the same day.

Tracked and signed for

Every parcel travels with a tracked express courier and requires a signature on delivery. Your tracking number is sent as soon as the parcel leaves us. Make sure someone can receive it at the address you give at checkout.

Packed like it matters

Each slab is sleeved, cushioned and fitted into a rigid case inside a plain outer box. The packaging never advertises what is inside.

Customs and import duties

Prices are in USD. Import duties and local taxes are set by your country and paid on arrival where they apply.

Damaged on arrival

In the rare case a parcel arrives damaged, keep all packaging, take photos and contact support with your order number right away.
